Delhi Haat is based on village local haat (market) theme, at village where villagers can sell their crafts at their villge market. On this concept Delhi govt. developed this idea where Crafts men or artisans from all over India can come to city and sell their handmade crafts at very reasonable local price without giving any commision to anyone, it is like meeting between direct crafts men and buyers at one place and making business. The artisans display their products throughout the year where one can purchase the Indian crafts at very reasonable price. Delhi Haat is the place for cultural programmes, art exhibitions and performing art by various artist from different parts of India. People can enjoy folk art, folk dance, dancers wearing folk dresses and local food. Delhi haat also has various food stalls offers traditional Indian food at very affordable prices. You can have food of many places from India at one place at Delhi Haat.

The Dilli haat situated near INA market in south Delhi and near Pitam pura metro station in west Delhi. The INA Market is near AIMS and South Extention and Sufdarjung Airport. Metro is coonected from canaught place to INA.
